INTERNATIONAL
- International shipping cost is calculated at checkout and determined by shipping location and package weight.
- Customers for international orders are responsible for all shipping fees, customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply. Please contact your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies.
- The estimated delivery time for international packages varies, but is typically 2-4 weeks.
One Loved Babe is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages once an order has been shipped. We offer order protection through re:do for $2.98 that will cover your package if lost, stolen, or damaged. If you opt out of re:do, please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing or damaged. If you purchased re:do and your package is lost, missing, or stolen, please email hello@onelovedbabe.com. Please note that we have a 14-day waiting period from the last package update before we can file a claim for a replacement or reimbursement. Packages outside of the continental US may require a 21-day waiting period. Claims must be made within 30 days from the most recent shipping update.
