Shipping
We pride ourselves on our fast shipping! Orders typically ship either the business day of or the business day after they are placed. Delivery within the US can take anywhere between 1-10 business days once the order has shipped, depending on the shipping method selected. Please note that holidays and sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.

Yes! International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package size and delivery location. Please note that all packages are shipped with duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerage fees unpaid. One Loved Babe cannot currently determine what these charges may be. Please contact your local customs office regarding your country's customs policies.
Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerages fees on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees.
If you'd like to pick your order up from our storefront/warehouse, simply select 'Pickup in store' as your delivery method at checkout. You will receive an email notification when the order is ready to pick up, at which point, you may come any time during our store hours to get your order. We typically are able to process pickup orders within a few hours. Pickup orders are prepared at our Lindon warehouse.
We ship with USPS and UPS. You will have the option at checkout of any shipping rates that are available to you. In the case of free shipping, the shipping option of the lowest price will be used.
For missing packages, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Often times, packages are scanned as delivered prematurely, so packages may take 1-2 business days to arrive after being reported as delivered. One Loved Babe is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. However, please feel free to reach out to our team at hello@onelovedbabe.com and we will do everything we can to assist with the recovery of your package.
If you purchased Redo with your order, you can file a claim after 14 days in the case of a missing or stolen package. For more information, please visit our shipping and delivery page.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the mail system to scan your package and update the tracking. If the tracking still hasn't updated, please reach out to hello@onelovedbabe.com.
If you purchase Redo, your order will be replaced or refunded in the case of a lost or stolen package. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing Redo; without it, One Loved Babe is not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages. For more information, please visit our shipping and delivery page.
Redo also covers the cost of a return label when returning for store credit or when exchanging.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We now offer instant exchanges! As soon as you submit your instant exchange, the order will be placed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Please note that if the original item is not shipped back within 7 days, you will be charged for the new item.
Yes, eligible returns may be processed for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
We offer same-item exchanges, as well as exchanges for a new item. When processing your return, simply select Return for exchange, select the size/color you’d like to exchange for, and your exchange item will be reserved as soon as the return request is submitted. Your exchange will ship once we process the return at our warehouse (typically within 1-3 days of delivery to us). Please note that if the exchange is not shipped back within 7 days, the exchange will be canceled and we will revert the return to refund (if shipped back within 30 days).
If you are in a time crunch and need a faster turnaround, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order separately for the new items.
Size/color exchanges of the same item will not be subject to additional fees, but discount codes do not carry over when purchasing a different item.

Please see our full return policy here. All bodysuits, jewelry, beauty products, and sale items (including final few, weekend deals, doorbusters) are final sale, no exceptions. A discount code does not make an item final sale (aside from the FINAL20 code).
You may be outside of our 30 days return window, or it is possible that the item was a final sale item. This includes sale items, bodysuits, jewelry, and beauty products.

Store credit comes in the form of a gift card and can be applied at checkout. Store credit never expires, so you can hang onto it as long as you'd like. Store credit may be used online or in-store.
We typically are able to process returns within 1-2 business days, at which point, you will receive an email with your store credit or confirmation of your refund. Please be sure to check your inbox, spam, AND promotions folders for this email. If you have not received your store credit/refund confirmation within 3 business days of the package being delivered to us, please contact us at hello@onelovedbabe.com.
Once processed, refunds may take 5-10 days to show to your bank/credit card statement.
Due to the fact that we cannot verify if the washing instructions were followed, once an item has been washed, it is ineligible to be returned. We recommend checking all items for specific washing instructions before washing. Please note that hand-wash items should be washed by hand and not on the 'hand wash' cycle on a machine.
If you used Afterpay on your order, payments will continue as scheduled until the full payment is complete. We will issue store credit or a refund as soon as the return is processed, whether or not your Afterpay payments are complete.

Yes! Please visit our return portal here. Below "Start Exchange or Return", there will be an option to return a gift.
We are happy to offer a modified return policy through the holiday season! Purchases made on or after November 18, 2024 may be returned/exchanged through Monday, January 6 (item must be received by One Loved Babe by this date). Purchases made on or after Saturday, December 7 will revert to our standard 30-day window. All other return guidelines remain intact, including our final sale item policy.

Yes! One Loved Babe has three locations to shop at.
Red Cliffs Mall in St. George, UT
We also have a storefront connected to our warehouse in Lindon, UT. Please see our hours and address here. We would love for you to stop by!
For our Lindon location, our warehouse is attached to our storefront, so we keep the inventory online the same as in-store. Anything available and in-stock online will be available in-store. Because of this, anything that is sold out online will also be sold out in-store.

There are a few reasons why your code may not be working.
- Some codes are based on email address and only for specific customers. This code may not be valid for you.
- Many codes are one-use-only. If you've used it before, it may not be valid.
- Certain products/brands are excluded from some discounts including, but not limited to, Free People, Thread Wallets, Pura Vida, and Kitsch.
- Certain discount codes are not valid on sale items.
